- some inspiration and motivation for my journey to become fit and healthy again -

1. MAKE A PLAN AND STICK TO IT

DONT: argue with yourself, make shady deals with yourself, Make a Plan that doesnt excite you, find all the reasons NOT to follow your plan, miss one thing then give up on yourself entirely

DO: take it one step at a time, challenge yourself, Say YES Im Doing it, Make it Fun, Feel Proud of yourself for achieving small goals along the way

2.EAT SUPER CLEAN

DONT: Starve yourself, eat candy all day, use junk food as a reward system, Obsess about Junk food, eat 1 “bad” thing then give up entirely and eat every gallon of ice cream that exists.

DO: eat many Raw Fruits and Vegetables they are your new friends EAT YOUR FRIENDS, Find Healthy foods you find Delicious, Have fun experimenting with How Healthy you can make a meal, Find other people who eat healthy, Plan ahead if youre going somewhere that doesnt have Healthy food at the ready, Share

3. DRINK LOTS OF WATER

DONT: Pretend that Soda/beer/capriSun is water and drink lots of that instead, Drink out of the toilet, Forget to bring water with you everywhere

DO: drink, chug, guzzle, sip, gargle, add a lemon, add a cucumber, add mint, add an orange, have it with you always

4. MOVE YOUR BODY AEROBICALLY 5-6 TIMES A WEEK

DONT: Think that reading this is Aerobics, get a gym membership and never go, always do the bare minimum, Miss 1 workout and give up on yourself entirely

DO: sweat, push yourself, play outside, take the stairs, take a friend, surprise yourself, stretch before and after, feel your heart beat, use a new muscle, breathe do a little more each time. 

5. CLEAN YOUR MIND

DONT: Put yourself down, ‘cheat’, obsess, focus on what you CANT do, find the negative

DO: Encourage- build up- compliment- find the beauty in- challenge- forgive yourself/others
